• Durbar celebrations. Durbar celebrations take place during the Muslim Id-el-Fitri and ID-el-Kabir holidays with colourful parades, dancing and entertainment in the squares of towns in Northern Nigeria, including Abuja.

• Dog Show. This lovely dog show is the first of its kind in the city. It takes place in Riverplate park and is an opportunity to see all kinds of dogs and their owners looking their best with competitions and general fun and entertainment.

• Africa Fashion and Cultural Week. This is the largest Get-together of ethnic models, designers, artists, authors and basically everyone involved in the arts and fashion world. This event showcases local culture and diversity with pride.
