Decent service
I had a decent experience while booking my flight ticket.
I recently completed a one-way trip from Christchurch to Melbourne with Qantas. Based on this experience, I recommend it for people who are 100% sure they won’t need to reschedule, as it’s more affordable. The booking process on the website was easy, and I received a confirmation email within minutes, along with my E-ticket. I also called Qantas to confirm my booking, and they verified it was successful. However, I think if you need to make changes to your booking through the website, you might encounter many difficulties like other users. If rescheduling isn’t an issue, it’s a convenient option to book this way. That’s my experience.
