Thai Airways International (TG) is the national flag carrier and largest airline of Thailand. Formed in 1988, the airline has its corporate headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand and primarily operates out of Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Thai Airways offer seamless flight schedules to 75 destinations in 35 countries. Thai Airways has 10 flights per week between Singapore and Bangkok.

Check-in

You can Check-in online from 24 hours until 2 hours before departure. During the Check-in process, you are able to select your seat preference. After checking-in, you will receive your boarding pass which should be printed out and taken with you to the airport. Besides this, it is of course also possible to Check-in online

Cabin baggage

You are allowed one piece of cabin baggage during your flight. The maximum measurements are: 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (Length x Height x Width). Besides this, you are allowed one personal item with you. The maximum total weight is 7kg.

Checked baggage

On Thai Airways flights, you are allowed 20kg in checked baggage. On flights to and from America and Canada, you are allowed 23kg of cabin baggage. The allowed weight can be different per flight, so we advise you to verify your ticket on the Thai International website. For extra baggage, you will have to pay extra.

In-flight service

On some long flights, it is possible to reserve chairs in the premium and economy classes. On long flights, a meal will be served. You have the ability to send in any specifc requests for these meals when booking your flight. On longer flights, a personal entertainment system is usually available.

Travel classes

Thai Airways offers four cabin classes: Royal First, Royal Silk, Premium Economy and Economy. Different travel class offers unparalleled luxury and comfort to its customers onboard. The in-flight entertainment system, the new THAI interactive AVOD system lets passengers choose between many of the latest multi-lingual hit movies, classic oldies and popular TV programs. Passengers can also learn the basics of a new language and even practice meditation. THAI's in-flight magazine "SAWASDEE", available in English and Thai offer insights into everything from the best hotels, restaurants and spa to cultural and sporting attractions.
