Practical information
Before you start your journey with British Airways, you must provide a valid ID and possibly a visa. If you need special assistance, you are able to arrange this up to 48 hours on the British Airways website. The airport can only provide the requested service when you report at the special assistance desk at least 2 hours before departure. If you want to order a special meal, you can do this until 24 hours before departure.

If you want to take checked bagage on your trip you are allowed to take 23kg if you bought a ticket with-baggage fare. A checked bag can be up to 90cm x 75cm x 43cm including any bits that stick out, like the handle, pockets and wheels.
Cabin baggage
You can carry one cabin bag, weighing up to 23 kg with maximum dimensions of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, plus 1 small bag up to 40 x 30 x 15 onboard the aircraft.
